Audit Logs
Audit Logs record all significant actions performed in your Soracom account — including API calls, console operations, configuration changes, and authentication events. Use audit logs to track who did what, when, and from where for compliance, troubleshooting, and security monitoring.
What it does
- Comprehensive logging: Record API calls, SIM operations, group changes, and service configuration updates
- User attribution: Track which operator or SAM user performed each action
- Time-based filtering: Search and filter logs by date range, action type, or user
- Export support: Download audit log data for external analysis or long-term archival
- Security monitoring: Detect unusual access patterns, failed authentication attempts, and unauthorized operations
Common use cases
- Investigating who changed a group configuration that caused a service disruption
- Meeting regulatory compliance requirements for activity logging
- Monitoring for unauthorized access or suspicious API call patterns
