Subscription Containers

Subscription Containers allow a single physical SIM to hold multiple network subscription profiles. You can switch between profiles remotely, enabling devices to connect through different carriers or regional networks without physically swapping SIM cards.

What it does

• Multi-profile SIM: Store multiple subscription profiles on a single SIM card
• Remote switching: Change the active subscription profile over-the-air via console or API
• Regional flexibility: Switch between regional carriers to optimize coverage or cost
• Failover support: Automatically or manually fall back to an alternate subscription if the primary loses coverage
• Unified management: Manage all subscription profiles from the Soracom console
